Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist Intern to join our dynamic international team in Hamburg. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our products in the EU and US markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
  • Investigate and analyze regulatory requirements for various markets.
  • Prepare and review Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Information Files (PIF), and product labeling for EU and US markets.
  • Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.
Requirements
  • Mandatory internship or working student job for Bachelor's or Master's students in Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or any related field.
  • Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics, and BPR.
  • Experience in the preparation of SDS and other safety and compliance topics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about the regulatory field.
  • Very good team player who also enjoys working independently.
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany.
