About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers in the design and scope review of HVDC projects
  • Coordinating with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to refine project specifics
  • Ensuring compliance with project requirements and technical contract execution
  • Handling engineering-related risks and opportunities
  • Mentoring and integrating the Engineering team to achieve common objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in overall technical project management, including site and commissioning experience
  • Customer focus and ability to adapt strategies and actions to meet dynamic needs
  • Ability to lead an international, globally dispersed Engineering team
  • Flexibility to be present for limited periods on sites and at customers around the globe
