In our Finance department, we approach tasks differently. Here, accounting, bookkeeping, payment processing, and treasury functions are innovative and diverse. We are currently seeking a Lead Specialist (m/w/d) in Asset Liability Management for our Treasury department.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead the ALM expert team, comprising members from Controlling, Treasury, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting, and Data Warehousing.
  • Conduct regular analyses of the bank's interest rate risks.
  • Develop strategies for managing interest rate risks and align implementation proposals with executive management.
  • Act as the primary contact for ALM matters within the Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance group.
  • Prepare local ALM meetings and Financial Committees for the CACF group.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal limits related to interest rate risks.
  • Participate in the bank's budget planning process.
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent banking training with several years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge in Asset Liability Management, preferably within a banking context.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing interest rate risk management (e.g., MaRisk, IRRBB).
  • Experience with interest rate derivatives.
  • Proficient in MS applications, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Ideally, experience with Moody's Analytics RCO.
  • High level of trustworthiness and integrity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational talent and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and independent work style with a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken.
  • Very good English skills; basic knowledge of French is a plus.
