Banking Systems Lead

About the Role
As a key member of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has developed a comprehensive back-office platform to manage all business lines of the group. This platform is a unique internal tool that supports the European ambition of the Group.
Responsibilities
- As the direct team lead of IT Core Banking Business Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Business Services
- Be the primary point of contact for production topics for all users of the Core Banking platform and satellite applications managed by the team.
- Track, manage, and process all incidents and problems in the central IT service management tool.
- Ensure effective communication with users and reconciliation with other IT teams.
- Quality of Service
- Define, create, and control all reports and key performance indicators to monitor the Quality of Service.
- Continuously improve the Incident & Problem Management process to enhance Quality of Service and reduce Run-The-Bank in accordance with ODDO BHF Group guidelines.
- Participate in relevant committees as responsible for Quality of Service.
- Contribute to major Project GO-Lives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage IT Vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Hold a successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, or a similar field with a focus on IT.
- Have functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain.
- Exhibit excellent team and communication skills.
- Be business fluent in written and spoken English, with very good knowledge of French being an advantage.
- Have first experience with JIRA and SQL, which is an advantage.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and curiosity to work in a demanding environment.
- Be willing to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main.
