Your Future Team

Our dynamic Banking and Capital Markets Consulting Team is known for its multidisciplinary and pragmatic approach, helping clients navigate change and achieve business success. We work closely with clients to enhance their business performance, maximize enterprise value, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

Your Next Challenge
  • Lead and coordinate the development of innovative business solutions for leading banks and capital market companies
  • Develop logical conclusions and present results to senior management
  • Identify and analyze key client problems, determine business requirements, and define tailored strategies
  • Manage consulting teams for various tasks, such as reengineering and operational reviews of bank processes, and define innovative solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities in the banking sector
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering with a focus on Finance
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, particularly in strategy, digital transformation, reorganization, or regulatory projects
  • Excellent analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English; French language skills are an asset
  • Customer-oriented work style and ability to build long-term, trusting relationships
  • Excellent leadership qualities and drive
