Position Overview

The role entails overseeing a team of four Key Account Managers across various regions including France, the UK, and Germany. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of team activities, setting priorities, and driving sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Assume technical and managerial responsibility for the team, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating employee discussions, and resolving conflicts.
  • Strategic Communication: Relay company policies, strategic objectives, and market insights to the team to align efforts and enhance performance.
  • Sales Execution: Engage in direct sales of semiconductor instruments such as Semi Sensors, Factory Scheduling Software, and various sensor technologies to leading semiconductor fabrication facilities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving sales targets in the range of Euro 1-2M, in addition to team-generated revenue.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback to the Sales Manager and Marketing teams regarding annual sales objectives and market trends.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in marketing initiatives including trade shows and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Account Management: Maintain comprehensive records and forecasts using INFICON CRM, ensuring effective account management practices.
  • Sales Excellence Tools: Utilize established sales methodologies to enhance performance and drive results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Units and Sales teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  • Product Demonstration: Showcase company products to a diverse array of potential clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or technical education (Diploma / Master).
  • A minimum of five years of successful sales experience in a client-facing role within the semiconductor industry.
  • At least three years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and expand Key Account business.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as necessary.
  • Understanding of database and network architecture, with strong technical proficiency in Windows environments and familiarity with factory automation technologies.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
