Wir suchen einen qualifizierten Fachmann/Frau für unsere Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement. Als Quality Management Specialist werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen uns bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagements
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Qualitätsaudits und Zertifizierungsprozesse
  • Förderung des Qualitätsbewusstseins im Unternehmen sowie Beratung und Schulung von Mitarbeiter:innen in allen qualitätsbezogenen Fragen
  • Dokumentation und Datenpflege
  • Erweiterung der bestehenden Kennzahlen
  • Durchführung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
Qualifikationen
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der ISO-Normen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik & Healthcare Umfeld
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie bereichsübergreifende Denkweise
