We are seeking a highly skilled ZfP Inspector to join our team at PEAG Personal GmbH. As a ZfP Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of gas and steam turbines.

• Conduct thorough non-destructive testing on gas and steam turbines to identify any defects or issues.
• Inspect automatically captured forging records using various software applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Qualify and develop suppliers by actively participating in supplier quality improvement initiatives.
• Implement quality assurance methods to prevent quality issues and analyze root causes of errors.
• Take corrective actions with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Introduce preventive SQM methods and risk management in supplier-related processes and projects.
• Initiate, monitor, and pursue corrective and preventive actions with suppliers to ensure quality excellence.

• Technical education background with a focus on quality assurance or a related field.
• Certification in PT and UT according to ISO 9712 at least Level II, with additional certifications a plus.
• Experience with ultrasonic forging data is highly desirable.
• Several years of relevant experience in testing forging parts, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• Quality assurance experience with forging components, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in quality methods such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed to support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
