Key Responsibilities- Utilize a combination of organic and paid marketing channels, content creation, and collaboration with teams in Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to effectively execute demand generation strategies and enhance lead acquisition.
- Oversee comprehensive campaigns throughout the entire marketing funnel, including educational webinars and company blog content, aimed at boosting organic traffic and search engine visibility.
- Design and implement CRM-driven initiatives such as newsletters and email marketing to nurture leads and foster customer engagement.
- Support sales effectiveness by providing the sales team with essential resources, including presentation materials, email templates, brochures, and whitepapers.
- Track, assess, and refine campaign performance, our website metrics, and the lead funnel, establishing a clear, actionable testing and learning agenda.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators and pipeline generation to pinpoint critical challenges and priorities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Content Marketing, or Inbound Marketing within a B2B context, encompassing SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Email Marketing, and Lead Management.
- Exceptional skills in content design and planning, with strong writing and editing capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across various departments.
- Proficient in crafting engaging narratives across multiple formats (blogs, social media, webinars, etc.) and producing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Possess an analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a knack for independently developing processes.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- Contribute significantly to the development of a new type of company, a SaaS-enabled B2B network in the logistics sector supported by robust investors.
