What You'll Do
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary based on your age and experience, plus a monthly bonus based on team targets.
- 5 weeks of vacation per year, plus 20% discount on our collection and 40% discount four times a year.
- A Bring-a-Friend bonus of up to €500,- net if you introduce a new colleague.
- 150% pay on Sundays and 200% pay on holidays.

Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for fashion and customer experience, with a keen eye for detail and a love of storytelling.
