Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer traffic, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive store performance.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement store strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
