Job Summary

The Store Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products.
  • Assist with staff training and development, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
