Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Outbound picking, packing, shipments and warehouse planning departments at Knuspr. This position requires a leader who can define processes, procedures, and systems necessary to support and sustain the company's long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies / procedures to ensure on-time delivery of outbound shipments.
- Driving the process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, accuracy, quality, safety and efficiency through employee involvement and teamwork.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting audits and implementing preventive actions.
- Complying with warehousing, material handling and shipping requirements.
- Directing the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse, including maintaining 5S standards.
- Recruiting, selecting and training employees to meet the operational needs of the Fulfilment Centre.
- Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
- Establishing safety practices and holding others accountable for adhering to them.
Experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment within E-commerce and FMCG is highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel, and WMS systems is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
