Position Overview:
As our commercial team expands, we are in search of a B2B Marketing & Communications Manager to spearhead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for our commercial operations. This position will concentrate on fostering lead generation, bolstering sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives, and amplifying brand visibility through targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and execute detailed B2B marketing strategies to elevate our services and solutions while generating new leads.
  • Design and implement focused marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and sales enhancement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and commercial teams to create marketing collateral that supports the sales process, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Partner with the corporate travel team to devise marketing strategies and communication materials for partners.
  • Develop and manage engaging content across various marketing channels, including websites and email campaigns.
  • Organize and engage in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, media, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and communications.

Work Environment:
This position is remote, based in Europe, and involves collaboration with global stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, ideally within the transportation or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in branding and brand management.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
