We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Solution Architect who will be pivotal in selecting and deploying a new customer service platform, ensuring its effective integration within the organization, and driving its ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align the team and stakeholders with a clear product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with the team to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Lead a skilled cross-functional team with confidence and foster a culture of trust.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, internal development teams, and external partners.
  • Develop product visions and establish strategic roadmaps.
  • Assess requirements from various departments, identify user needs, and balance them effectively.
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis whenever feasible.
  • Act strategically as a project and stakeholder manager while supporting your team in finding efficient solutions.
  • Contribute actively to shaping the digital landscape in one of the most significant industries globally.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Experience Solution Architect or Product Owner in customer service applications.
  • Champion change and effectively communicate it within business units.
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes with a focus on customer service activities.
  • A genuine passion for logistics, ideally with prior industry experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and at an equal level.
  • High initiative and reliability, with a willingness to challenge traditional thinking and embrace digital transformation.
  • Experience in implementing new systems, particularly in customer service solutions.
  • Ability to quickly understand logistical processes and derive potential digital solutions.
