Territory Sales Manager

Position Overview

Join our dynamic team to enhance our Image Guided Surgery division across Germany. We are seeking a driven and organized professional with a keen interest in Image Guided Surgery and related surgical fields to assist our Sales team in Germany. This role is primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with clients and partners, guiding them in selecting the most suitable solutions for their requirements.
  • Oversee a team of Application Consultants, fostering motivation and high performance among team members.
  • Engage in travel within your designated area for client meetings, workshops, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from customer consulting, product management, and regional teams.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sale support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Prepare essential documentation for Requests for Proposals (RfPs), including quotes, correspondence, and responses to technical inquiries.
  • Coordinate and respond to tenders relevant to your product area.
  • Uphold a professional and innovative representation of Brainlab among clients, competitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in sales and business development, particularly with capital equipment, is advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in Medical Devices, Software, Hospital IT, and Video Technology.
  • Willingness to travel, with proximity to a major airport.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
