About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Key Account Manager to join our team at Flowtec Group. As a Senior Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as acquire new customers in your designated sales area.
  • Develop and implement territory and business plans, sales targets, and strategies to increase market share.
  • Analyze market potential for new products and applications, and provide technical advice on suitable customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, sales operations, and product management, to drive business growth.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, prepare and follow up on offers, and maintain the internal CRM tool.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the vacuum industry, with a proven track record in technical sales of products requiring explanation.
  • At least 5-7 years of sales experience, with a focus on technical sales and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Good commercial knowledge, understanding of contract terms, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
