Job Title: Distribution Sales Manager

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As a key member of our EMEIA Distribution Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase Hypertherm's market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement multi-year strategies for Channel Partner expansion and optimization to maximize sales potential within the assigned territory.
  • Provide effective product demonstrations and education sessions to enable Hypertherm channel partners to expand their product service offerings and deliver end users with consistent messaging and Hypertherm's distinct value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the EMEIA Distribution Team to create a territory operating plan and outline the steps for product differentiation and follow through.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of industry experience and 7+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience with solutions selling, technical product training, and identification of process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be a bridge-builder and impact and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong sales process fundamentals with the ability to take a complete approach to the business with regard to its potential for growth.
  • Ability to travel 60% throughout the DACH region, to our regional office in The Netherlands, and occasionally to the United States.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
