Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified HR Business Partner to join our team in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR expertise, guidance, and coaching to our leaders, driving business success and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business partner to our leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive strategic partnership with our leaders, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage recruitment activities, ensuring a pipeline of top talent for our business.
  • Act as a trusted change manager, supporting our organization through change initiatives and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with our Work Council and lead Work Council negotiations.
  • Closely collaborate with HR colleagues in our Centers of Excellence to execute Talent & Leadership programs and compensation annual cycle.
  • Manage HR Projects, both within our business units and on a European level.

Qualification

  • University Degree (Master degree) with HR related diploma or significant HR expertise.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, also in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders, supporting change initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a matrix and manage conflicting timings and priorities.
  • Ideal experience in collaboration with German Work Council.
  • Ideal working experience in the Pharma Industry sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
