Position Overview:

As an intern in the field of change management, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations at Mercedes-Benz. This position is centered around the management of product documentation and the oversight of deployment processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage deeply in the realm of change management, contributing to the evolution of the automotive sector.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings and collaborative sessions.
  • Coordinate and communicate tasks with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the documentation and revision of project and vehicle information.
  • Utilize creativity to transform complex data into comprehensible visual representations.
  • Gather and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance our operational efficiency.
  • Actively participate in the establishment and refinement of work and information processes.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a logistics focus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Exceptional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated commitment and a passion for teamwork.
  • Exhibit strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new concepts.
