Position Overview:

As an intern in our change management department, you will play a vital role in enhancing our supply chain processes at Mercedes-Benz. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with product documentation and deployment oversight, ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage deeply in change management initiatives, contributing to the evolution of the automotive sector.
  • Facilitate and document meetings related to work and projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage tasks and assignments.
  • Assist in the documentation and revision of project and vehicle information.
  • Utilize creativity to transform complex data into understandable graphics.
  • Gather and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance process efficiency.
  • Actively participate in the introduction and refinement of operational and informational workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a logistics focus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Exceptional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated commitment and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
