Job Description
  • Join our central marketing team as a domain expert in app and web tracking, data analytics, and tag management.
  • Take ownership of tracking and analytics for various Delivery Hero brands' websites and apps.
  • Implement, configure, manage, monitor, and debug Google Analytics GA4 and Adjust accounts.
  • Develop and execute tracking plans to capture relevant user behavior data for Google Analytics 4 and Adjust.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure effective tracking.
  • Query GA4 data in BigQuery and analyze it using reporting and dashboarding tools like DataStudio and Looker.
  • Coordinate projects across product, marketing, and BI teams, managing stakeholder interests and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and blockers, ensuring the execution of a well-coordinated project plan.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for any tracking-related inquiries.
  • Document and share tracking knowledge across various departments.

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in engineering, data analytics, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years, ideally 5 years, of professional experience with Google Analytics 4, Adjust (or Appsflyer), Google Tag Manager, and BigQuery.
  • Experience with cookie consent management.
  • Strong ability to identify patterns and outliers in data and generate insights.
  • Familiarity with app tracking and MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Kochava is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of paid advertising and experience implementing tracking snippets for platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Advanced knowledge in defining, rolling out, and implementing tracking concepts across multiple platforms (web/app).
  • High affinity for eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in an international environment.
  • Business fluent in English.
