Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our customer service team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
