Job Title: Analyst in Fund Management

Finance in Motion is a global impact asset manager dedicated to sustainable development in low and middle-income countries. We are seeking an Analyst to join our Fund Management team in Frankfurt, supporting the strategic development of our debt funds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial analyses for our funds, including asset-liability management, financial planning, and investment portfolio management.
  • Support senior management in strategic matters and fund management of our funds.
  • Liaise with service providers, internal and external stakeholders, including governments, international financial institutions, and private investors.
  • Closely cooperate with other internal teams, such as investment management, risk controlling, and investor relations.
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • First work experience in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, accounting, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, affinity to numbers, and excellent Excel skills.
  • Interest in impact investing, development finance, green finance, and development economies.
  • Team player with an international mindset and intercultural skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (working language). Knowledge of a language of one of our target countries is an advantage.
