Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Community Associate to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our community team, you'll support our growth and operations, fostering a strong community and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong community through professional networking, events, and engaging activities
  • Engage, grow, and nurture the Mindspace community, ensuring a fresh and interesting experience
  • Create an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity
  • Maintain ongoing communication with operation and maintenance teams to ensure seamless processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, resolving member-related issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated face-to-face customer service and sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, writing, or managing social media (an advantage)
  • High level of German language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Practical, creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and local market trends
