About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional APAC Community Lead to spearhead our community strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our community growth and engagement initiatives, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community that drives the adoption of Web3 technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy for the APAC region, aligning with EoT Labs' goals and vision.
  • Grow and nurture our APAC community, creating engaging experiences that foster a sense of belonging and drive participation.
  • Build and lead a high-performing community team, comprising community leads across the region, both internally and externally.
  • Establish and maintain community standards, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment that reflects EoT Labs' values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute cohesive campaigns and events that drive community engagement.
  • Educate and empower the community team and members on Web3 technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement community feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely and actionable insights inform our community strategy.
  • Monitor and measure community engagement, providing data-driven insights to inform our community growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3 developments, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive community growth and engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in community management/leadership, with a proven track record of scaling communities into the hundreds of thousands.
  • Strong familiarity with Web3, with a passion for crypto and decentralization.
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Great English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proven work experience in community management in APAC, with a focus on Web3 communities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience launching and running an Ambassador Program.
  • Public-facing social media profiles that can be leveraged as part of this role.
  • Deep understanding of DePIN and its applications.
