We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to become a part of our Services & Solutions division. If you are driven by a commitment to sustainability, technology, and enhancing customer experiences, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee customer engagement initiatives through trade-in programs
  • Collaborate with various teams to refine trade-in operations
  • Analyze market dynamics for ongoing enhancements
  • Lead the creation and execution of adaptable device solutions
  • Facilitate the smooth integration and delivery of our offerings
  • Establish pricing strategies and support frameworks
  • Champion our green energy initiatives and advocate for sustainability
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding green energy products and services
  • Inform customers about the advantages of green energy

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in managing international projects
  • Familiarity with Trade-in or Green Energy Business Models
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and technology
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus

The Services & Solutions Team is dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers. We strive to enhance the customer journey beyond mere transactions. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and execution of trade-in, Device as a Service (DaaS), and green energy initiatives.
