We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our team at Bears with Benefits. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Amazon advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Amazon Advertising Strategies: Plan and control Amazon Advertising PPC campaigns to achieve defined KPIs and long-term advertising goals with sufficient budget.
- Create Campaign Targets and Digital Media Plans: Establish campaign targets, digital media plans, and define action steps for promotional activities and oversee their implementation.
- Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Set up and maintain internal reports to continuously analyze Amazon PPC and DSP data to identify performance opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Support Performance Marketing Business Reviews: Provide ad-hoc analyses for business cases and support performance marketing business reviews.
- Monitor and Improve Amazon Retail Content: Monitor and improve Amazon retail content to optimize page conversions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work in close collaboration with the Amazon Ads team and the agency to fuel business growth.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends and technologies.
- Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience). 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role in the field of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
- Amazon Advertising Expertise: Proven experience with Amazon Advertising, from an agency's perspective or in-house. Familiarity with Amazon tools, such as Amazon Advertising console, DSP, Vendor- and/or Seller-Central, Helium10, and Automation tools.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Highly analytical, data-driven, and structured with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-Initiative and Prioritization: Show self-initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Language Skills: A very good command of German and English; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, and/or French is a plus.
