About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our team at Bears with Benefits. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing Amazon Advertising PPC campaigns to drive business growth and achieve defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Amazon Advertising strategies to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Ads team and agency to fuel business growth and stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends and technologies
  • Analyze Amazon PPC and DSP data to identify performance opportunities and provide actionable insights to inform campaign decisions
  • Support performance marketing business reviews and provide ad-hoc analyses for business cases
  • Monitor and improve Amazon retail content to optimize page conversions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP)
  • Proven experience with Amazon Advertising from an agency perspective or in-house
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools, such as Amazon Advertising console, DSP, Vendor- and/or Seller-Central, Helium10, and Automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
