Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Solingen, Germany.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Benelux, handling all aspects of order processing, calculation, and offer creation, as well as invoicing.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and international distributors, working closely with our sales team in Benelux to ensure seamless communication and back-office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our Benelux clients
  • Process and manage customer orders, including calculation and offer creation
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team in Benelux to ensure effective communication and support
  • Manage and maintain customer data in our ERP system

Requirements:

  • Completed education in a commercial field
  • Excellent Dutch and German language skills, with good English language skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
