About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Café-Restaurant Hosselmann GmbH & Co KG. As a Sales Associate in a Bakery as a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our bakery products, including bread, pastries, and other sweet and savory items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display cases, shelves, and floors.
  • Restock shelves and display cases as needed to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Associate in a bakery or similar retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and basic English skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
