Position Overview
- In the role of Technical Recruiter, you will take the initiative to source top-tier technical professionals, cultivate relationships with consultants, and align them with key roles in leading organizations.
- You will serve as the primary liaison for our consultants, guiding them through the recruitment process and supporting their professional aspirations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit technical consultants across various sectors, with a focus on Engineering and Life Sciences.
- Establish and nurture relationships with consultants, evaluate their fit for roles, and present qualified candidates to our clients.
- Facilitate negotiations and finalize offers with consultants.
- Prepare consultants for interviews and provide support throughout their projects.
Your Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication abilities in both German and English.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and local employment regulations.
- Experience in Life Sciences or IT/Engineering is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
