About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for providing ongoing support and learning for hiring managers to improve their role in the hiring process. This includes providing constructive feedback regularly, focusing on both strengths and areas for improvement, and supporting team members in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and learning for hiring managers to improve their role in the hiring process.

  • Support team members in their professional growth.
  • Meet or exceed project deadlines consistently.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality against project and personal OKRs.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Native/Business Fluent German.

Requirements:

  • Native/Business level German language skills.
  • Ability to commute 2 days per week to visit the client.
