We are seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiter for Tech & Data (all genders) to enhance our efforts in sourcing and securing outstanding tech professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Detective: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to pinpoint the precise qualifications and requirements for open roles. You will spearhead the recruitment process, from creating compelling job descriptions to screening candidates and facilitating interviews. Sourcing Specialist: Develop a robust pipeline of tech talent by leveraging various platforms and networks to identify and engage potential candidates. Excellence Evaluator: Assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural alignment. Candidate Experience Advocate: As the main contact for applicants, ensure a stellar candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Negotiation Expert: Once the ideal candidate is identified, negotiate and prepare employment contracts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from day one. Onboarding Support: Act as a support partner for new hires during their initial six months, maintaining regular communication to facilitate a smooth transition. Collaborative Team Member: Work alongside People Partners on workforce planning and monitor recruitment progress across various teams. Team Spirit Advocate: Participate in our weekly team meetings and social events, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.What We Seek:
Proven experience in technology and data recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years in a fast-paced tech environment. In-depth knowledge of the Tech & Data landscape. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated success in active sourcing and building a tech talent network. High creativity and innovative recruitment strategy development. Proficiency in both German and English. Familiarity with Personio is advantageous.Why Choose tonies?
