Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our automation projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large-sized projects, ensuring they are executed professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including senior lead engineers and other project leads.
  • Provide training and technical expertise to project team members.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, including cost estimates and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality, cost, resource, and time management for project execution.
  • Support lead engineers in technical project execution and drive solution finding for technical challenges.
  • Organize and conduct lessons learned meetings with customers, suppliers, and internally.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 1-3 years of experience in leading projects.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in project management, with high technical and organizational competence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for project-related purposes.
  • Excellent English language skills and fluent German language skills.
