Wir suchen einen Head of Data and AI, der unsere Datengetriebene Vision umsetzt und unsere Geschäftsprozesse durch fortschrittliche Analytik und künstliche Intelligenz optimiert.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der BI-Funktionen der Kernanwendungen des Mandanten
  • Einsatz fortschrittlicher Analysen und künstlicher Intelligenz, um datenbasierte Entscheidungsprozesse zu optimieren
  • Sicherstellung, dass Analyse- und Reporting-Prozesse den Geschäftsanforderungen entsprechen
  • Leitung eines Teams aus 8 internen und bis zu 20 externen Mitarbeitern
  • Wahrung der Datenintegrität, Sicherheit und Compliance im BI-Bereich
  • Auswahl, Implementierung und Verwaltung von BI-Lösungen und -Tools
  • Sicherstellung, dass die Plattform eine hohe Leistung und Verfügbarkeit bietet
  • Etablierung von KPIs und Dashboards, um datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung in den globalen Abläufen zu ermöglichen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams in den Bereichen Data Analytics und Künstliche Intelligenz
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Idealweise Zertifizierungen in relevanten Bereichen wie Data Science, Machine Learning oder Cloud-Plattformen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Data- und Analytics-Teams im produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Verwaltung komplexer Data-Governance-Frameworks, Analytics-Plattformen und Data-Warehousing-Lösungen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis fortschrittlicher Analysetechniken und -tools
