Position: Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a solid technical foundation to articulate and resolve intricate challenges effectively.
  • Evaluate and interpret data to inform decision-making processes that steer account management and future initiatives.
  • Facilitate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences, showcasing strategies, progress, and outcomes.
  • Employ project management tools to guarantee efficient tracking and execution of projects.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, inspiring teams towards collective growth and success.
  • Engage in consultative solution selling, aligned with Carrier's 'Customer Success Plan' methodology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, ideally within a technical or industrial context.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities with a proven history of successfully closing deals.
  • Strong technical acumen and the capacity to quickly comprehend complex concepts.
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven leadership qualities with the potential for growth within the organization.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and Sales tools, particularly SalesForce.
