Your Responsibilities
- Review client pre-planning submissions for completeness, discrepancies, and compliance with building and technical regulations
- Develop and negotiate contracts with engineers and planners to ensure seamless project execution
- Structure and establish planning project spaces to facilitate efficient collaboration
- Coordinate and manage planning processes between various stakeholders (object and specialist planners) throughout all phases of the project, in close collaboration with the execution project leader/site manager
- Ensure timely implementation of contractually obligated services and propose cost-effective and sustainable alternatives
- Guarantee efficient plan transfers to relevant parties
- Provide support in claims management processes
Your Qualifications
- A degree in architecture or a related field
- Several years of experience in planning coordination, design and execution planning, ideally with experience in construction/project management, project control
- In-depth knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and engineer/planner contract law
- Proficiency in scheduling programs (preferably MS Project)
- Experience with accounting and calculation programs (preferably RIB-ITWO) is advantageous
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
- Strong technical and economic understanding coupled with a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership and assertiveness qualities
