Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, ideally within a technical or industrial context.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven history of successful deal closures.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly comprehend complex concepts.
• Expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and compelling speeches.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven leadership qualities with the potential for career advancement within the organization.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools, particularly SalesForce.
