Your Role:
As a Senior Marketing Strategist for Germany, you will spearhead the execution of innovative marketing initiatives aimed at establishing Qonto as the preferred financial solution for SMEs and freelancers in the region. Collaborating closely with our experienced Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and contributing to our growth in one of our fastest-growing markets. This role requires fluency in both German and English to effectively communicate our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German B2B market.
- Work in conjunction with product marketing, SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales, and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Manage projects meticulously to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes, coordinating with local and central teams for alignment with global strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Encourage a creative and analytical mindset in marketing, exploring new channels and tactics to engage our target audience.

About Your Future Manager:
Your future manager has extensive experience in building marketing departments within both B2B and B2C tech startups, recognized for her leadership style based on trust and transparency. Her dedication to continuous learning and development makes her an inspiring figure who will support you in achieving your career aspirations.

About You:
- Languages: Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or similar B2B business models.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of complex projects.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing across various channels, with proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, facilitating smooth collaboration across teams.
- Creativity: A creative and analytical thinker, always seeking innovative ways to engage with your audience.
