Position Overview:
We are seeking an IT Engineer to advance our information systems across multiple countries, including France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in implementing state-of-the-art tools and solutions for our business teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery to all Doctolibers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop integrations between various applications utilizing APIs, scripts, iPaaS, and ETL.
- Evaluate and qualify new SaaS solutions to enhance our IT application landscape, focusing on business performance, cost-effectiveness, security, and design consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for solutions, and create necessary documentation for support teams.
- Automate processes related to user onboarding and offboarding, license management, and data handling, which are crucial for our growth.
- Act as the Level 3 escalation point for support inquiries and manage IT crisis situations, including participating in weekly on-call shifts.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide support to teams as part of your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Possess a cloud administrator certification (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with Azure cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, FaaS).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell/Bash, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with development practices/tools like GitHub, CI/CD, and API development (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of security protocols including IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID.
- Understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, DNS, LDAP, SFTP, IP, ICMP, TLS, and architectural styles like REST and SOAP.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on internal customer relations and a service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools, including Atlassian boards.
- Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, flexibility, and a passion for teamwork.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
