Job Summary

HENSOLDT AG is seeking a skilled Financial Communications Manager to join its Public Relations department. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company or communications consulting for listed companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and create communication for quarterly and annual reporting of HENSOLDT AG, including press releases, internal communication, social media, and quote cards for the Management Board.
  • Support communication of business successes and investments.
  • Collaborate in project teams for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day, including concept, storyline, content, and texts for scripts, speeches, and presentations.
  • Project manage the online annual report, including text contributions from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, CEO, and CFO, and preparation of the annual review.
  • Communicate support for transformation projects in the finance area, including ERP transformation OneSAPNow, HENSOLDT GO, and Finance Vision.
  • Develop and implement the communication plan for the CFO, including social media, preparation of appearances at events, panels, podcasts, and writing speeches/speaking notes at internal and external events.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in communication, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company or communications consulting for listed companies.
  • Journalistic experience in business reporting is advantageous.
  • Affinity for digital media, including video and photo.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
