Your Mission

The Senior HR Business Partner for the DACH region is tasked with aligning organizational goals with employee and management needs within specific business units. This role involves fostering partnerships across the HR spectrum to provide valuable services that resonate with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee HR strategies, systems, tactics, and processes tailored for the DACH region.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other workplace issues.
  • Enhance current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage daily HR challenges and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Oversee all HR functions including onboarding, payroll processing, preparation of HR documentation, training, and visa applications.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including leave requests, reporting line adjustments, and role changes in HR systems.
  • Lead the annual performance, talent, and salary review processes in conjunction with EU HR.
  • Actively participate in various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Work in close partnership with HR colleagues across the EU and China.
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly within the DACH region.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on people management.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Outstanding active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
