Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Energy Supply

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to take on technical responsibilities in organization, control, calculation, and monitoring. This role will play a crucial part in our efforts to transition to a low-carbon economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central management of all major projects within the Sales / Project Development Department, focusing on energy supply contracting projects
- Prioritization of projects in collaboration with department leaders
- Leadership of highly complex and challenging projects from start to successful contract completion
- Planning internal and external resources
- Establishment, leadership, and management of project teams and projects
- Preparation of approval documents in English
- Supporting sales in negotiations with project developers, investors, builders, and municipalities
- Continuous development of our services in the energy transition
- Extracting lessons learned and best practices from successful and unsuccessful major projects
Requirements:
- You have an engineering degree and a solid project management experience with proven success in sales of complex energy services in real estate
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams to success
- You enjoy working with people and technology and effectively communicate your enthusiasm to stakeholders
- You have English proficiency and are described as an engaged individual who can explain complex matters in an understandable way
- Flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license complete your profile for this position
