YOUR ROLE AS MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D)

At Procter & Gamble, our Marketing Management teams are the architects of vision and strategy for each of our brands. Together, we craft compelling, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.

Utilize your ambition and creativity from Day 1, taking charge of your business and implementing your ideas. You will spearhead the master plans for our product and commercial innovations, as well as oversee marketing initiatives across various media platforms. You will develop robust marketing strategies and pinpoint tactics to leverage consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., innovative ideas to attract new brand users, pilot campaigns on emerging social media platforms). Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders across all functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product Supply) to drive profitable brand growth while achieving key business objectives.

Within the Marketing Management function, you may join Procter & Gamble in one of three teams:

Commercial Operations team for a specific brand or category Brand Operations team managing multiple categories across a specific marketing touchpoint (Data/Digital, Media, etc.) Sales team developing marketing strategies across categories for a particular customer

Candidate Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

You possess, or will possess prior to joining us, a bachelor's or master's degree with commendable academic achievements. You exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a strong interest in Marketing Management. You collaborate effectively with diverse groups by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative. You are adept at making complex decisions utilizing all available data while confidently trusting your instincts. You can communicate proficiently in English and German (both written and spoken). Previous work experience, internships, and international studies are considered advantageous.

If you have more than 2 years of professional experience following your university graduation (excluding internships), we encourage you to explore our opportunities.
