YOUR ROLE AS MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D)

In our Marketing Management teams, you will be the visionary force behind our brands. Together, we design compelling, impactful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.

From Day 1, you will take charge of your business and implement your ideas. You will oversee the strategic plans for our product and commercial innovations, as well as the marketing initiatives across various media channels. You will craft robust marketing strategies and pinpoint tactics to leverage consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., innovative approaches to attract new users, experimental campaigns on emerging social media platforms). You will collaborate with agency partners and internal teams across all functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product Supply) to enhance brand profitability while achieving key business objectives.

Within the Marketing Management function, you may join Procter & Gamble in one of three specialized teams:

Commercial Operations team focusing on a specific brand or category Brand Operations team managing multiple categories across a particular marketing channel (Data/Digital, Media, etc.) Sales team creating marketing strategies across categories for designated customers

Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS

You hold, or will hold prior to joining us, a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic performance. You exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a keen interest in Marketing Management. You effectively collaborate with diverse teams by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative. You possess the capability to make informed decisions using comprehensive data while trusting your instincts. You can communicate fluently in English and German (both written and spoken). Relevant work experience, internships, and international studies are considered advantageous.

If you have over 2 years of professional experience following your university graduation (excluding internships), we encourage you to explore our opportunities.
