About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiver Assistant. This role will involve providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and household chores
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
