• Accurately document all care-related activities, including progress notes and medication administration records.

• Completed training as a Care Assistant or relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on client safety and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
