Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Strategic Purchasing Manager, der unsere Warengruppe Technik, MDE und IT erfolgreich leiten kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verantwortung für Einkaufsthemen der Warengruppe Technik, MDE und IT
  • Begleitung von Beschaffungsvorgängen von der Bedarfserkennung bis zur Rechnungskontrolle und -freigabe
  • Erstellung von Marktanfragen und Ausschreibungen, Analyse von Angeboten und Preisvergleichen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Bestellungen, Überwachung des Wareneingangs und Reaktion auf Leistungsstörungen
  • Kooperation mit dem Team bei der Bewertung von Lieferanten und der Durchführung von Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der Arbeit zuverlässig, Pflege des Supplier-Relationship-Management-Systems (SRM), des ERP-Systems und des Dokumentenmanagementsystems (DMS)
  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit unseren Konzernpartnern und gemeinsame Synergien
  • Erweiterung des Markt- und Produktwissens und Weitergabe von Vorschlägen an den Fachbereich
  • Hinterfragung von Prozessen und Gestaltung dieser aktiv

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply-Chain-Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf der Warengruppe Technik- und IT sowie mobiler Datenerfassungsgeräte (MDE)
  • Kenntnisse von üblichen ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP oder Comarch)
  • Technikwissen als Basis für die Zusammenarbeit mit den Bedarfsträgern der IT
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Abstraktionsvermögen zur Vorbereitung von Anforderungen und erfolgreichen Lösungen am Markt
  • Erfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von SRM-Systemen (beispielsweise Oventis)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
