The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional networking, assurance, and communication capabilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and analytical thinking. Key responsibilities include:
  • Recommending, executing, and overseeing preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Owning and managing fleet accountability metrics across the EU.
  • Conducting ongoing data analysis and documenting service quality metrics.
  • Building and nurturing effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams.

Travel is an essential aspect of this role, as it involves visiting various locations to assess quality assurance processes and vehicle condition.

The EU Fleet Compliance Team is dedicated to maintaining fleet roadworthiness, ensuring safe operations in compliance with legal standards and company policies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree along with demonstrated experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management. Additionally, the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level is crucial.
